Umer Raza Bhutta

CEO & Founder

Umer is CEO and Founder of Abundance Business and Consulting. He is Qualified Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK and Qualified Senior Certified Professional (SCP) SHRM (USA). He is authorised Instructor in Pakistan for SHRM (USA) SCP and CP certifications and Qualified ISO 30414 Lead Consultant/Assessor/Practitioner. He is also member of Professional Skills Development committee of Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

During his professional and industry career spanning over 25 years, he served as head of HR for industry leaders in their respective industries, including Crescent Bahuman Ltd. (Textiles), Faisalabad Serena Hotel & Islamabad Serena Hotel (Hospitality) and Transworld Associates (Telecom)

Currently as CEO of Abundance Consulting he provides training, consulting, coaching and executive search services to a number of national, multinational, public and donor funded organizations. Some of his clients are Serena Hotels Pakistan, Crescent Bahuman Ltd., The Urban Unit, Stewart Pakistan Pvt. Ltd., Govt. Holding Pvt. Ltd., Thal Corporation and Almoiz Industries, TexPak Pvt. Ltd, Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Ltd. Lahore & Gujranwala Plant, Honda Atlas Cars, Looptex Pvt. Ltd., Sitara Chemical Industries, Orange Line Metro Lahore etc. He is also involved in donor led, organizational development and business improvement projects of United Nations (Women Empowerment), USAID (HR Policy Restructuring) and GIZ (productivity enhancement and HR systems improvement).  

He is authorized Trainer, Consultant and Coach for National Business Development Program for SMEs and for National Productivity Organization Ministry of Industries Govt. of Pakistan.

Mr. Zahid is currently Chief Operating Officer at Niaz Arbaaz Pvt. Ltd. the owners and operators of Gulberg Lahore. He is a lawyer by profession and has served in corporate organization in Pakistan at top management levels for over last 40 years. In his four decades of illustrious career he has served at Fakkrudin G. Ibrahim Law Associates in Karachi and later provided his technical, operational and management support to Hashwani Hotels, Avari Hotels, Serena Hotels and Crescent Group. He is an avid reader and traveler and carries Abundant intellectual and business acumen.Currenlty he is based in Lahore.

Hamid Qadri

Mr. Qadri has over 40 years of experience in corporate sector of Pakistan and abroad. He has been an accomplished hotelier and served for the biggest chains of hotels worldwide in the highest capacities. He remained associated with Serena Hotels for over 25 years and also served as a pre-opening Director Operations for Nishat Hotel & Regional Director Operations for Heritage Luxury Suits. Currently he is CEO of Expresso Print and based in Lahore.

Iftikhara Aziz Chaudhery

Chartered Accountant In Austrailia & ICAP

Mr. Chaudhary is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and ICAP. He qualified with Price Waterhouse, Sydney, Australia. Since becoming Chartered Accountant, Mr. Chaudhary has worked nationally and internationally in various positions as, Senior Manager Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Audit Executive, Company Secretary, etc. in different industries including Construction, Trading, Fertilizer, Automotive, and Telecom. Apart from Australia, he has also worked in Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan. Currently he is based in Islamabad and travels frequently to Australia

Amer Saleem Qureshi

An experienced senior executive leader, Amer is a Mechanical Engineer with an M.B.A. from LUMS. With over 30 years of work experience in multinational companies like British Gas, General Electric, ExxonMobil, 3M, Johnson Controls, and CBRE (where he was CEO), Amer brings with him a diverse and varied experience in strategic and transformational management skills. A pioneer in the Facilities Management (FM) Industry of Pakistan, Amer’s areas of expertise include Modernization of Processes and Reporting Systems, Innovations and Best Practices, Resource Optimization, Management of Remote Teams, departmental and individual Performance Measurement & Management, Corporate Restructuring, Modernization of HOD and ExCo Operations, Advisory on BOD Affairs, and a host of other business disruption techniques. He is based in Karachi.

Mr. Umar is an Information Security professional with vast experience of strategizing and securing information systems of Banks and energy companies in North America. He has been successfully running a training institute in Canada preparing students for Information security career. Prior to Information Security career Umar hit home run as an investment banker for renowned banks in Middle east and UK. Major part of his career also includes and extensive service with Emirates (Airline). Umar holds an MBA from University of Westminster London, UK and has completed various IT and Info sec. industry certifications to boost his career as Information Security Specialist. He is also an entrepreneur and is CEO of Cantum Technologies providing Information security solutions to major corporations in UAE and Pakistan. He is based in Canada. 

Malik Faisal Qayyum

Business Development Consultant

Malik Faisal Qayyum, is a LUMS graduate with an illustrious career spanning over 25 years in global companies. His career includes services in Pepsi Cola Bottler, Unilever Pakistan and Telenor Pakistan.

His expertise include Sales & distribution, Customer Value Management & Analytics for Business Intelligence, Customer Life cycle Management, Advanced Analytics, Market Research, Customer Experience Management and Service Design.
Faisal started his own Startup HumMart (online grocery store) in 2018 as Co-founder & CEO in partnership with Hum Network. Faisal was able to grow the start up very quickly and got VCs interested. Built the entire organization from scratch, with own warehousing, logistics and call center.

Faisal is currently working as a freelance business consultant, helping organizations realize their full potential. He is assocaited with Abundance Consulting for providing business development and advisory services for our clients specially in the E Commerce.

Dr. Humayun Iqbal

Dr. Humayun is a business consultant having more than 25 years of medical, management and teaching in Pakistan and in the UK. He is a graduate of King Edward Medical College, Lahore. Over the span of his career, he has achieved hands on exposure while working at key positions in public and private sector hospitals in Pakistan and the UK. He is also a business graduate from the UK. As a freelance management consultant in the UK, he performs consultations to innovate business models for sustainability, develop long/short-term business management & marketing strategies, generate new revenue streams/customer segments and make cost-effective efficiency improvements according to the latest consumer trends and digital healthcare. He also facilitates in building business ecosystems to promote innovation by capacitating companies to merge capital/partners/suppliers to create and capture new horizons.

Nadeem Nazir

Mr. Nadeem is a dynamic, focused & result oriented Professional with over 25 years of experience in HR Management. He has served varied industries of Pakistan, including Textile, Power Generation, ICT, Hospitality and Telecom. His last major full time assignment was with PTCL Group (Etisalat) as “Head of HR (People Services & Support)at PTCL HQs Islamabad and currently he is based in Islamabad and working as Head of HR for J7 global. His special area of focus is Employee Relations (including Labor and Union Relationship Management), Management & Aquisition of Talent and channalizing large corporations into sustainable HR entities. Mrs. Mariyum is a graduate from Kinnard  and FC College Lahore. She is a passionate photographer and an enthusiastic marketer. She handles all the design, planning and marketing campaigns for abundance.

Khadija Raza

Ms. Khadija Raza is BNU graduate and has a passion towards visual arts and design. She takes care of visual designs and filming of all the iniatives of Abudnance Consulting
