Almost half a century after motivational theories were embraced by academics, professionals and public generally, still motivation is lacking in many people today. The goal-setting approaches the issue of motivation from a first-level perspective; its emphasis is on an immediate level of explanation of individual differences in task performance. Developing Interviewing and Recruitment Process in Organization

More and more organizations are faced with the challenge of maximizing the time they spend attracting, inspiring and retaining top performers and right fit for their organizations. An engaging recruitment process in any organization helps to select the right fit, but a flawed recruitment process not only costs the company in terms of bad hire but also hits at the root of employer brand. Interview, itself though just one part of the selection process, but is a critical step in the employee selection process. Conflict Resolution

Conflict is not necessarily a bad thing in an organization or a group or between two individuals. Constant conflict, however, can weaken trust and erode relationships, obscuring a sense of common mission and making collaboration difficult. From an HR perspective, it can decrease employee productivity, morale, engagement, and retention. From an organizational point of view it can increase risks of legal actions and even violence. One of the ways in which HR and management provides service to the organization and its members is by supporting resolution of the many possible conflicts that can arise among the organization’s diverse members. At some time or other, most of us have to make a presentation of some sort. Speaking to an audience is what a presentation is, in its basic sense. Who that audience is and how formal or informal the situation is, however, can vary.

Duration of the program:

Having the constraint of two hours for a session, we propose the following procedure.
